Air Damper or Basket Transmission Three or Two Zone Hot Cold Thermal Shock Test Chamber
As for Air Damper Controlled is called Three Zone Hot Cold Air Stream Thermal Shock Chamber, the specimens under testing were placed in a static test space and stressed by hot or cold air stream which flowed out from two separated air pre-conditioned zones controlled by air dampers. And Basket Transmission Thermal Shock Chamber is suitable for subjecting products to a thermal shock test by a specimen basket traveling and socking automatically between two pre-heat or pre-cool work zones.
Working Principle
Three Zone Thermal Shock Chamber means the chamber consist of high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and testing zone. The test sample is in static mode. When doing low temperature testing, cold chamber door open, and low-temperature chamber working together with test chamber.When converted into high-temperature test, cold chamber door closed, hot chamber door are opened, and test chamber working together with high-temperature chamber. Conversion of mechanical action (transferring from high temperature to low temperature or low temperature to high temperature) can be completed in less than 1second, and the temperature can be quickly stabilized.During the whole test, test sample is no need to be moved, and without any human intervention.
While Two Zone Thermal Shock Chamber consist of high temperature zone, low temperature zone only. And the test sample is moving up and down along with the built in air-controlled hanging basket.
